Personal Training Sessions

Choose the perfect training tailored to your time and finances

1 ON 1 SESSION

One private training sesion lasting 1 hour and based on your needs, expierience level and medical history.


2 sessions per week

£55

Be more active and archive your goal quicker with two times a week private training sesion lasting 1 hour and based on your needs, expierience level and medical history. A both session must be in the same week.

5- sessions package

£140

Safe your money and be focus just on your goal. Packege must be used within 6 weeks.

10- sessions package

Safe your money and be focus just on your goal. Packege must be used within 2 months.


Nutrition Plans

Support your training with the right diet for you and achieve your goal even faster. A combination of training and diet appropriately tailored to your expectations is a sure shot.

One Week Basic Plan

A simple, personalized 1- week meal plan based on the client’s goals (e.g., weight loss, maintenance) and dietary needs. 

One Week Comprehensive Plan

More detailed 1- week plan, which include tailored macros, tips and strategies for staying on track and a shopping list. 

Two Week Basic Plan

A simple, personalized 2- week meal plan based on the client’s goals (e.g., weight loss, maintenance) and dietary needs. 

Two weeks Comprehensive Plan

More detailed 2- week plan, which include tailored macros, tips and strategies for staying on track and a shopping list. Consultation after 1 week.

Comprehensive Plan (4 weeks)

Include 5 hours of training sessions plus a basic nutrition plan for 1 week. All PT sessions you must use during 6 weeks.

Comprehensive Nutrition Plan for 1 Week + 5 Personal Training (PT) Sessions

Include 5 hours of training sessions plus a comprehensive nutrition plan for 1 week and include tailored macros, healthy tips, and a shopping list. All PT sessions you must use during 6 weeks.

Include 10 hours of training sessions plus a comprehensive nutrition plan for4 weeks and include tailored macros, healthy tips, and a shopping list. All PT sessions you must use during 2 months.
